Sacca’s Fine Foods is a well-known name in the fresh food retail sector, and their new store at Epping Plaza is a testament to their continued growth and focus on quality. Southern Cross was engaged to bring their vision to life – creating a modern, inviting, and efficient space that enhances the shopping experience while supporting the operational needs of a busy fresh food market.

The scope of works included full interior construction and joinery installation across key departments including fresh produce, butchery, bakery, and specialty grocery. From the moment customers enter, they are met with striking design elements – warm timber finishes, bold signage, and carefully planned layouts that promote intuitive navigation and product visibility.

Particular attention was given to the butcher and deli counters, with custom glass displays, tiled feature walls, and integrated lighting solutions that elevate product presentation. The result is a seamless blend of form and function – exactly what a premium food retailer demands.
